On the contrary, the thinner the line, the better the nymph can be guided in a free drift, and even the slightest bites are more quickly transmitted to the angler due to the reduced mass of the line.

The Tactical Nymph Fly Line by Soldarini has a slim diameter of only 0.55 mm. This level line is therefore perfect for all modern nymphing techniques - whether on your local stream or at international fly fishing championships. The taper is consistently parallel, meaning the diameter remains constant over the entire length of the line, which is 90ft. (approximately 27m).

Although this line has been optimized for delicate nymph fishing, you can also use it for very delicate dry fly presentations at short distances, provided you're fishing with a fine rod!
