You ordered waders, a wading jacket, wading shoes or another item in the wrong size? No problem. Just send the wrong size back to us.
Please don't forget to enclose a copy of your invoice with your shipment and note which size you would like to receive in exchange. Provided we have the correct size in stock, we will make the exchange for you as soon as possible.
If you need the new size urgently, then ordering a new size is the quickest and easiest way for you! In this case, you can return the wrong size to us and include a request for a credit note on your copy of the invoice.
Cancellation and returns
Your ordered item doesn't fit or you don't like it? Even though we are constantly working on our item descriptions, product images, size tables etc. and are improving them for you, it can happen that an item does not please you. In this case you can make use of your right of withdrawal. Simply return the item to us. Exceptions to this are items that we customise for you, e.g. backing.
Please enclose a copy of your invoice with your return so that we can process your cancellation as quickly as possible. The amount will be refunded to you in the following days.
If we have sent you the wrong item or if you are entitled to a guarantee, we will send you a return label. Please contact us via our form. We will send you a return label and arrange for a replacement as quickly as possible!
You will receive a return label from us if it is a fault on our part or a warranty case. Otherwise, we will ask you to return the item to us at your own expense.
For a smooth and quick processing of your return, we ask you to enclose a copy of the invoice with your parcel.
