Thanks to CNC milling from solid aluminum block, the edges and curves are particularly precise, which again contributes to the protection of the fine lines and promotes the overall feel of the reel. The weight of the reel has been deliberately chosen slightly heavier to perfectly balance long nymph rods. Therefore, we recommend the small model (0/4) for shorter rods up to 10 ft., while longer rods harmonize better with the larger reel (3/5). Of course, this fly reel also performs superbly with conventional fly fishing techniques.
