The small adh-Sandeel is another brilliant sea trout fly that has brought us many good fish. Tobias fish or sand eels belong to an important food source of the sea trout, especially when the water temperatures rise the small fish are hunted with preference. Often it is not small fish that respond to the sand eels! We fish the sandeel on an intermediate line or shooting head and that quite briskly, as if the fish is on the run. The sea trout love this and you can expect hard takes.
