The durable 840-denier nylon canvas fabric is coated with thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) so water simply cannot enter. The advantages of using a nylon fabric with this coating over polyester or canvas are its light weight, flexibility and abrasion resistance. The highly flexible TPU coating is resistant to ultraviolet light and chemicals, ensuring a long life without breaking down under heavy use. Perfect, then, for tough and demanding fly fishing use! The breathable back panel is padded with high-density EVA foam for comfort, regardless of contents. The comfortable, adjustable shoulder straps of the backpack have been additionally equipped with D-rings to which problem walkie talkies, pliers or other accessories can be attached. The chest strap of the backpack also stands for maximum comfort, as it can be adjusted both in width and position to optimally balance the weight. In addition, the chest strap ensures that the shoulder straps do not leave their position at any time and the backpack always remains on the back. For perfect organization, the backpack with 28L capacity offers several options. On the one hand, the large main compartment, which is closed with a 100% waterproof T-Zip zipper, and on the other hand, the pockets on the outside. Inside, there is also a small zippered pocket next to the main compartment for valuables, while the outside of the backpack has a mesh pocket for water bottles, a clear pocket in the middle of the backpack, and a smaller outside pocket for accessories. For example, the square outer pocket is ingenious for getting to your fly box quickly. The seams are welded using radio frequency (RF), a cement-free process that permanently welds the fabric layers together for flexible integrity without failures. All webbing and padding is securely sewn to an additional layer of the waterproof fabric, which is then RF welded to the body of the bag. This is the same construction used in the manufacture of whitewater rafting equipment, where equipment failure can have terrible consequences.
