For the latest generation of the Black Hole series, the product developers at Patagonia have treated these popular bags to a brand new surface. Instead of the glossy material, the Black Hole bags now have a matt finish that provides even more abrasion resistance. What remains, however, is the use of 100% recycled material, guaranteeing a weatherproof finish.

The large main compartment offers plenty of storage space and includes a padded laptop pocket (15"), which also accommodates a hydration bladder on hikes. In doing so, the hydration spout finds its way through the designated channel on the back. The front pocket keeps things organized with an organizational pocket including a mesh pocket, key holder and other compartments. The comfortable back padding with air channels is moisture resistant, provides carrying comfort and gives the backpack shape stability. Behind the back part is also another laptop compartment, which can be opened completely. On the outside, there are numerous attachment options for other accessories, as well as two elastic pockets for drink bottles or similar.
