The Spirado BLACKART series from ZENAQ is the further development of the extremely popular and successful Spirado. Developed for Japanese black bass anglers, it perfectly covers the fishing for perch and zander in our home climes. The goal was to bring a rod series with maximum sensitivity and ZENAQ typical superior quality to the market.
The BLACKART series is incredibly sensitive and has great feedback. The extremely light spinning and baitcast models allow you to fish a wide variety of techniques to perfection and impress with captivating precision. Only high-quality components are used, such as Fuji Titanium Torzite guides and Fuji VSS-16 or Fuji PTS-17 reel seat, rounded off by a plain, unsanded and unpainted black blank with fine gold lettering.
Handmade Japanese quality of the highest order, combined with considerable know-how, has produced a rod series that is second to none and will conquer the demanding European market.
The Blackart B5-74 by ZENAQ is one of the heaviest Baitcasting rods of the series and is ideal for fishing in heavy cover. Whether for zander, pike or perch - nothing is too big a problem for this stick. With a casting weight of 14 -85 g, the rod is ideal for zander fishing in large rivers or for medium-heavy pike lures. It was developed for heavy black bass fishing close to the bottom or in the deepest cover. Therefore, it does not seem surprising that ZENAQ has brought a rod to the market which has this immense backbone. With the B5-74 even large pike can be pulled from structures without any problems. However, for black bass fishing, fine bite detection is just as important as sufficient power reserves, which is why a medium-fast blank was used that enables precise lure guidance and bite detection.
Due to the rod’s characteristics, almost any heavier lure can be fished with. Softbaits on jigs and rigs or various hardbaits can be used perfectly on zander. The irresistible movement this rod gives glide-, swimbaits or large softbaits lures every pike out of the weeds.
