The Cherie B fly reel is truly an exceptional fly reel with an extravagant design that will match with many fine fly rods!

Cherie B Pro-S Fly Reels are milled from a high quality 7075 aluminum, from the full. This means that the reel foot is one with the cage. The advantage of this elaborate milling work is that the center distance between the reel and the rod is enormously minimized and the fly reel is very close to the rod. In short, an optimal weight distribution! Especially in fine stream fishing, for which the reel was designed with a capacity of line classes 2 to 4, every gram in the wrong place plays a "reel". Due to the fact that the weight is close to the reel seat of the rod and, in addition, the asymmetrical reel foot shifts the weight minimally to the rear, the reel is hardly noticeable when casting, with the fine and also light fly rods of the low classes. A remarkable and ingenious solution to make the fine stream fishing even better!

The cage completely encloses the outer circumference of the spool to protect it should there be a shock or impact. The finish of the little jewel is painstakingly done by hand and thus the fly reels can differ among themselves, visually, slightly. Ingenious is also that the crossbars and all other surfaces that could come into contact with the line, are polished by hand. This minimizes the friction of the fly line on the reel and extends the life of the thin lines immensely!

The Charlie B, which represents the pure beauty of the Italian style, does not have a brake, because the elaborate construction from the full does not allow this and is not necessary in the small line classes. Furthermore, this of course again saves weight.

The hardened body of the fly reel was also anodized in two colors anodized, which not only provides a visual eye-catcher, but also improves corrosion resistance. And even with the crank, the reel handle was not spared on high-quality materials. The handle consists of nothing less than a construction of aluminum and Kevlar! Other small but great solutions are the small holes in the spool, which ensure that the backing can be attached more easily, and the hole around the reel foot, which provides as a holder for your fly.

The Cherie B fly reel is a masterpiece of art and certainly matches perfectly with some, fine fly rods in Classic design to put together such an exceptional combo. All that's missing is a brilliantly drawn brown trout on the other end of the silk line!
