The Patagonia L/S Cap Cool Merino Graphic Shirt is a breathable, technical merino top that provides natural temperature regulation and odor control to keep you comfortable during hard work in a variety of conditions.
The shirt is made from a Next to Skin blended fabric of 65% merino wool and 35% polyester, which is extremely lightweight and barely noticeable against the skin. This and the advantage that the shirt has a cooling function, makes the Cap Cool an ideal companion on particularly hot days, long hikes, sports or fishing. For improved freedom of movement of the slim-fitting shirt provide set-in sleeves and side slits on the back. And if it should get wet, this is also no problem, because the multifunctional shirt dries as quickly as no other!

Patagonia's Cap Cool Collection also features UPF sun protection against UV rays, and protects us while fishing in the sun. However, the below UPF40 value of the Cap Cool series is not reported due to the strict regulation for personal protective equipment in the US. Only a value that is at UPF40 or higher is designated and certified as UPF sun protection. The Cap Cool series does't quite reach this value, but still protects us confidently when fishing under the hot sun.
