The Salar Convert Tips are interchangeable tips perfectly matched to the Convert Shooting Heads and form the centrepiece of a flexible multi-tip system. By quickly changing the tips, the presentation of the fly can be optimally adapted to different water levels, currents and depths - without having to change the entire setup.
The 14 ft. long tips offer maximum control and depth effect within the Convert system. They are particularly suitable for large rivers, deep pools and situations with strong currents where a long, stable drift and deep fishing are required. The extra length makes the energy transfer particularly even, resulting in a smooth turnover and a very controlled presentation.
The Convert tips are available in different sink rates - from floating to fast sinking - and therefore cover a wide range of applications. Whether shallow runs, medium depths or deep pools: With the right tips, the setup can be optimised at any time.
