The HERO2 Euro Nymph rod from Vision is a modern fly rod designed specifically for Euro nymphing and fine river fishing. The blank is unpolished and provides a direct reset and contact feel, ideal for feeling even the smallest contacts or ground contacts immediately when tight line nymphing. Equipped with a down-locking reel seat, the reel sits low and gives the rod an even balance, which makes long high-sticking more comfortable. Small, tightly set guides minimise slack and help the thin nymph line or monofilament leader to be guided cleanly and without sagging. The slim handle with EVA butt or comfortable cork grip ensures a secure hold and good handling during long sessions on the water.
