With the new Impulse Black Nymph, Traper presents a rod series that has been specially developed for lovers of modern Euro nymph techniques. These finely tuned high-performance rods combine the highest manufacturing quality, innovative details and a well thought-out choice of materials. The Japanese 40T carbon fibre blank with a matt, unpolished surface not only ensures an elegant finish, but also optimum feedback under demanding conditions. The anti-static coating effectively reduces the adhesion of the line to the blank, which significantly improves casting and guiding - especially in damp conditions.

The highlight of the series is the reverse-mounted (down-locking) reel seat made of CNC-machined aluminium: it shifts the weight of the reel backwards and thus shifts the balance point of the rod towards the hand section. This noticeably improves handling as well as control and ultimately bite utilisation. The guides are made entirely by Pacific Bay - robust, lightweight and precisely positioned. All rods come in a hard-wearing Cordura tube with a divided inner lining and a 5-year service guarantee.
