Thanks to the new Full Carbon CX fibres, a particularly light, fast and responsive blank with a slim diameter and high power reserve has been created. The fast, "snappy" action ensures powerful loading and precise line control - even in windy conditions or heavy set-ups. Despite its power, the Hydropsyche Lago Distance offers clean feedback during the fight and sufficient sensitivity to reliably recognise even cautious bites. A fish size scale printed on the blank also enables the length of the catch to be quickly estimated directly on the water.
The series has also been designed with great attention to detail. High-quality components and careful workmanship emphasise the high standards of these performance stillwater rods. All models have a four-part construction and are supplied in a compartmentalised Cordura transport tube, which offers optimum protection during transport.
