The Rio Toothy Critter II 7.5 ft is a specially developed predator leader for use on pike, barracuda, bluefish and other sharp-toothed predators. The extremely stiff nylon leader is equipped with a bite-resistant, knotable steel tip in bronze, which offers reliable protection against line bites and at the same time allows maximum flexibility in the choice of bait.

In contrast to versions with a snap, the knotable wire tip can be connected directly to the fly or streamer. This gives you a particularly natural presentation and full control over length and connection - ideal for challenging situations or wary fish.

With a total length of 7.5 ft (approx. 2.3 m), the Rio Toothy Critter II has a powerful butt section that makes casting large and wind-susceptible patterns much easier. The stable construction ensures clean energy transfer, high abrasion resistance and reliable performance - even under tough conditions in fresh and salt water.
