Product information "Guideline Tropical WF Fly Line"

The Guideline Tropical WF fly line is a very versatile weight forward floating line designed specifically for hot climates, windy conditions and fighting tropical fish with large flies. It is suitable for freshwater and saltwater and is built to offer maximum control and fine presentation even in extreme tropical conditions

The taper is optimised to load the rod quickly and deliver power, ideal for fishing flats and species such as bonefish, permit and tarpon. The energetic front taper delivers strong precise casts even with large flies and at the same time allows fine presentations when the wind drops or smaller patterns are required. The line flies smoothly with excellent loop control and high stability in a wide variety of situations

The Tropical WF has a single density PVC coating over a very low stretch braided core. The coating resists abrasion from sand and salt water and remains supple even at high temperatures, ensuring consistently good handling. Both ends of the line are prefabricated with loops and there is an ID marking on the tip for quick identification

Guideline also uses environmentally friendly materials: the line is phthalate-free, the spool is made from PLA and the packaging is made from recycled material. The stable core structure with high load-bearing capacity allows even large, hard-fighting fish to be controlled safely in tropical conditions
