The Airflo Superflo Max Ridge 2.0 Flats Universal 9ft Clear Tip Floating Fly Line is a specialised saltwater line designed for versatile fishing in tropical regions. It is suitable for use on the flats as well as for fishing from a boat. The 9 ft long Clear Tip ensures a particularly inconspicuous presentation in the sensitive area close to the fly and reduces the spooking effect on cautious fish such as bonefish, permit or snook

The well-balanced Flats Universal Taper with compact taper enables fast loading of the rod and assertive casting, even in windy conditions. At the same time, it allows precise presentations at short range and controlled casts on sight. Both large and weighted flies are reliably transported so that you can react flexibly to changing conditions - whether wading or from a boat

Equipped with Ridge 2.0 technology, the line has a special surface structure with grooves running parallel to the line. These significantly reduce friction in the rod rings, improve the shooting characteristics and ensure a quiet lift-off from the water surface. This is complemented by the integrated Haul Zone, a grippy area between the running line and the butt, which enables improved line control, clean double hauls and direct power transmission. The Superflo PU coating remains supple, memory-free and extremely durable even in high tropical temperatures
