And it is precisely this that is advantageous for nymph fishing with thin monofilament lines as well as with normal fly lines.

With the Soldarini Sensor Semiautomatic Euronymph 0-4, Soldarini presents an innovative, semi-automatic high-end model that has been specially developed for modern Euronymph fishing. Designed for demanding competition use, this reel impresses with a completely new design concept and technical features at the highest level.

Made from solid CNC-machined 6061 aluminium, the Sensor EN combines extreme stability with precise workmanship and a striking, modern look in Dark Gun Smoke anodising. The finely adjustable, micrometric drag is particularly sensitive and reliably protects even the thinnest tippets during the fight. In addition, the integrated crank handle on the spool enables controlled retrieving of even larger fish.

A special ceramic line outlet ring ensures extremely precise line flow and effectively prevents abrasion, even when using the finest Euronymph lines. The extra-long, 11 cm CNC-milled operating lever is optimised for modern down-locking reel seats. This is complemented by an innovatively offset, pre-balanced reel foot, which distributes the overall weight perfectly and ensures optimum balance on light nymph rods.

The Ultra Large Arbor spool guarantees fast line take-up and reduces memory effects. Thanks to the quick-change system, the spool can be changed simply and easily. Weighing just 158 grams, the reel remains pleasantly light yet extremely robust, ideal for long sessions on the water.
