C.A.P T1100 Technology

The ultimate goal in the development of modern fly rods is to combine maximum strength with minimum weight. With standard production methods, this often leads to a compromise between stability and lightness. The NT11 series shows how to overcome this dilemma once and for all.

Guideline uses an ultra-elastic 46T Low Resin material, which enables feather-light, responsive blanks with excellent feedback. In addition, layers of T1100 graphite with exceptionally high tensile and compressive strength are applied to the inside and outside of the rod blank. This structure forms the foundation for an unrivalled combination of performance, durability and reliability.

The Complex Axial Pattern (C.A.P.) - a layered structure with 0°, 45°, 90° and -45° orientated fibres - ensures an extremely fast recovery speed, improves casting distance and increases compressive strength. This structure is supplemented by a special TORAYCA NANOALLOY® resin, which stabilises the microstructure of the carbon and thus significantly increases impact and fatigue resistance.

The result is a blank that remains exceptionally stable even under the toughest conditions, copes well with external impacts and retains its performance for years to come.
