The Traper Warrior DH Fly Reel has been specially developed for demanding salmon and sea trout fishing with a two-handed fly rod. Its housing is made from a high-quality aluminum alloy (6061-T6), precisely machined using CNC technology. The result is an extremely robust and durable reel with a fully enclosed frame.
The large spool capacity provides ample space for strong lines and a sufficient amount of backing – ideal for targeting powerful fish in rough waters. The reel's weight is optimally balanced for two-handed rods but can be further adjusted for heavy Spey rods by adding lead tape.
The Warrior DH features a waterproof multi-disc drag system that delivers smooth resistance even under high pressure. A chemical oxidation process permanently protects the surface from scratches and external influences. The spool can be changed quickly and easily with the push of a button. The reel is delivered in Gun Smoked color and comes with a durable neoprene pouch for safe storage.
