The Sondergaard Belly Boat Stripping Basket is the bigger brother of the classic ECOastal line basket. With its practical box shape, this model is particularly suitable for fishing from a belly boat or pontoon boat. Thanks to the detachable belt supplied, you can also wear the line basket on your hip in the classic way and use it for fishing from the bank or wade fishing for pike, sea trout and the like.

The 4 holes in the base of the line basket are also very practical and help water to drain out of the basket quickly. The front edge of the line basket is also slightly raised so that less water can penetrate. The line basket is made from a thick, robust foam that has a strong buoyancy in the water and allows the line basket to float like a Korkers. In contrast to comparable models, however, the individual parts of this line basket are not simply glued together, but fused together. This ensures greater stability and ultimately a longer service life. Apart from the high-quality workmanship, the line shoots out easily thanks to 28 elastic 'spikes' and is laid just as neatly when stripped in. With a length of approx. 7 cm, the spikes on this model are slightly longer than on the normal Sondergaard line basket. A rod rest rounds off the package of useful features and becomes important when hand-landing a large fish (whether pike or mefo).

The Sondergaard Belly Boat line basket is a very well thought-out aid when fishing from a belly boat. Its flexible foam material makes placing the line much more comfortable than with other models on the market, which are made of conventional hard plastic. The large line basket is also recommended for wade fishing! Especially if you need a little more space for the line storage. You can clearly see that passionate anglers were at work when developing this product. Handmade in Denmark and made from biodegradable materials. Thumbs up!
