The Easy Shrimp Eyes Line Master is the latest line basket in the fly fishing world and has already impressed us across the board. The Line Master is made from 100% recycled plastic, which offers maximum stability but is still very flexible so that it doesn't break so quickly even at low temperatures. However, the highlight is not the material of the base plate, but the fact that the four elements of the line basket can be inserted into each other. You can minimise the size of the basket in a flash with one hand if you don't need the storage area for the line. The carrying comfort on the way to the spot is therefore significantly higher than with other line baskets. But this function is also ideal for 'stretching out' on the coast or changing spots by several hundred metres, as you don't even have to wind up the line. Simply strip the line onto the Line Master and put the line basket together. The 26 flexible spikes move together to minimise the surface area and hold the line together. As soon as you want to continue fishing, you can simply pull out the individual elements of the Line Master again and start fishing straight away.

In addition, the Line Master has 26 flexible and approx. 10 cm long spikes that are slightly bent forwards. The advantages of this variant are, on the one hand, a neat organisation of the fly line on the line basket so that no knots form while the line is being shot. On the other hand, the shape of the spikes gives the stored line a better grip in wind and waves. Even when wading deep in the water, the line is not carried away by the buoyancy but held securely between the spikes. Both features ensure that the line is stored cleanly to maximise casting distances at all times. Another ingenious feature is the rod holder with integrated magnet, which is located on the base plate. Whether changing the fly or releasing the fish, the rod holder, in which the rod can be clamped, ensures that both hands are always free. The magnet is an additional aid when changing the fly, as it prevents your patterns from falling off, even in strong winds. Line Maszer is also held securely in place by an elasticated belt that supports the line basket and always adjusts perfectly to your body measurements so that it cannot slip. The belt is fastened using a large, robust buckle with a quick-release fastener.
