Or stand in the water and fish in the Simms Superlight Short! Now equipped with additional stretch, they are even more flexible and are among the lightest shorts in the range - made for maximum performance on hot days.

Despite their ultra-lightweight material, the Simms Superlight Short impresses with functional features for long sessions in the sun. The quick-drying, moisture-wicking polyester fabric keeps you cool and dry, while the light-coloured fabric retains less heat than darker alternatives. Well thought-out pocket solutions are available for small items and tools: two front pockets, two back pockets - one with a zip - and a practical thigh pocket for pliers or accessories. All pockets are equipped with water drainage so that nothing stays wet for long.

The short version is the perfect choice for hot days on the water and offers maximum freedom of movement thanks to the flex fit, gusseted crotch and pre-shaped sections. The fixed waistband with zip, button fastening, reinforced belt loops and internal drawstring ensures a secure fit. Nevertheless, uncovered skin needs protection - especially when wading, when the sun's rays are intensified by reflection.
