Polyyarn is a versatile material that no tying bench should be without. This synthetic fiber is particularly popular for tying the famous Klinkhammer dry fly. Here the polyamide yarn is used in the parachute tying method as a so-called 'post', which is treated with a bit of float preparation. But also as a luminous tag with nymphs or emergers polyyarn/antron is very popular.

This polyamide yarn has slightly wavy fibers. The bright colors provide excellent visibility, while the more natural colors can be used for making bodies, tails or (under)wings. This tying material is also very suitable for creating shiny and colorful ribbings. Here you can determine the thickness yourself by taking the appropriate amount of fibers from the bundle.
