The Patagonia Nano Puff vest is a versatile companion for active fly fishing and almost any other outdoor activity. Originally developed for climbers, it combines weather-resistant, lightweight, and highly packable synthetic insulation that stays reliably warm even when wet and stands up to years of use.

Its 60 g/m² PrimaLoft® Gold Eco insulation made from 100% recycled polyester with P.U.R.E.™ technology delivers an outstanding warmth-to-weight ratio. The shell and lining are also made entirely of recycled polyester, while the PFAS-free durable water repellent (DWR) finish reliably sheds light rain. The lightweight ripstop fabric provides durability, while the signature brick quilting and horizontal side seams stabilize the insulation to increase longevity. Thanks to the improved fit at the shoulders and armholes, the vest offers greater freedom of movement; the slightly slimmer, longer cut also makes it ideal for layering. Practical details such as the front zipper with internal wind flap, two zippered handwarmer pockets, and an internal zippered chest pocket that doubles as a stuffsack with a carabiner loop enhance comfort on the go. A drawcord-adjustable, drop-tail hem reliably seals in warmth.
