The Patagonia Nano Puff Vest is a versatile companion for active fly fishing and almost any other outdoor activity. Originally developed for climbers, it combines weatherproof, lightweight and packable synthetic insulation that reliably keeps you warm even when wet and can withstand many years of use.

Its 60 g/m² PrimaLoft® Gold Eco insulation made from 100% recycled polyester with P.U.R.E.™ technology offers an outstanding warmth-to-weight ratio. The outer fabric and lining are also made entirely from recycled polyester, while the durable water-repellent DWR finish without PFAS reliably repels light rain. The lightweight ripstop fabric ensures durability, while the characteristic tile quilting and horizontal side seams stabilise the insulation and thus increase durability. Thanks to the improved fit in the shoulder and arm area, the gilet offers greater freedom of movement, while the slightly narrower and longer cut also makes it ideal for layering. Practical details such as the front zip with internal storm flap, two zipped hand warmer pockets and an internal zipped chest pocket that doubles as a pouch with a carabiner loop increase comfort when out and about, while an adjustable drawcord hem with an extended back ensures reliable heat retention.

The gilet is made in a Fair Trade Certified™ factory, which means that the seamstresses receive an additional bonus for their work - a product that not only impresses with its performance, but also with its sustainable production.
