The Heritage CO68X Egg/Caddis hook from Mustad is much more than the name suggests. In addition to the aforementioned nymphs such as the Egg-Fly or various Caddis imitations, all kinds of other nymph patterns can also be tied on the hook. The shape is very universal and many traditional flies can be tied with a normal bead or a tungsten bead. In addition to the weighting of a bead, the hook also ensures a quick exit under water. For this reason, the 2x short and 2x strong hook is particularly popular when fishing in fast water and the pattern needs to sink quickly. In addition to the incredible strength of the small hook, the hooking properties are also strong.
