The Guideline ULS+ Shooting Line is a floating, coated running line specifically developed for use with the ULS Line System, making it ideal for fishing with single-handed and switch rods.

It is built on a 20 lbs low-stretch core and comes with loops at both ends. Thanks to its exceptionally smooth and supple coating combined with a small diameter, this coated shooting line glides through the rod guides with minimal resistance.

While coated running lines are slightly thicker than monofilament lines, they offer excellent shooting performance with better control and casting balance. The slightly increased friction resistance also helps the shooting head unroll evenly.

The coating ensures better grip and makes handling easier in cold or wet conditions, especially during fast or long casts. With less memory effect and a more supple structure, coated lines lie straighter, reduce tangles, and generally improve performance.

The ULS+ is fully floating, lifts easily from the water’s surface, and stays afloat even in choppy water.

As with most Guideline lines, the ULS+ Running Line is 100% free from harmful phthalates and comes on a plant-based PLA spool in a box made from recycled paper.
