The Ahrex BC Game Changer XO784 is the first hook specifically designed to be perfectly integrated into the Game Changer Shank System. Developed in close cooperation with Blane Chocklett, it fulfils all the requirements for tying realistic, segmented Game Changer flies with optimum mobility and a secure hooking effect.

Sizes are defined by shank length rather than conventional hook size. The hook features a wider bend for better grip, a stinger design with a slightly flared point and a larger eye for easy shank attachment and better fly movement. Made from high quality carbon steel and finished with a black nickel coating, it combines robustness with long-lasting corrosion resistance.

The shape, wire diameter and geometry of the hook are precisely designed to allow a natural swimming action while providing reliable stability. Whether for pike, perch or large trout - this hook is the ideal basis for modern, highly manoeuvrable streamer designs.
