The Stillmaniac² series by Vision was developed in collaboration with experienced competition anglers from across Europe. These single-handed rods offer the perfect combination of length and power, thanks to their high-quality 40T carbon blanks, making them ideal for stillwater fishing with dry flies, nymphs, or streamers. Their ultra-fast action enables long and accurate casts, even in challenging conditions – whether overhead or switch casting. Each model is thoughtfully designed to offer a complete range of rods for a variety of stillwater situations.
All members of the Stillmaniac² family feature a Full Wells handle made from premium-grade cork, reinforced at both ends. The smooth, durable aluminum reel seat complements the modern look of these powerful single-handed rods. The EVA fighting butt adds a bold color accent and harmonizes beautifully with the subtle orange highlights – such as the neatly tied decorative wraps and the Vision logo on the slim spacer. The matte sanded, unpainted blank comes in a beautiful slate blue finish.
In addition to lake fishing, we also recommend this rod series for streamer fishing for trout and other predators, or for light salmon and sea trout fishing in rivers – especially when extra reach is needed for effective line mending.

- Stillmaniac #5 10ft: This model is slightly more delicate than the #6. It's the most sensitive rod in the Stillmaniac series and was specifically designed for fishing near the surface with intermediate or even floating lines. Besides stillwater use, it’s also excellent for river streamer fishing when additional reach is needed.
- Stillmaniac #6 10ft / 9.6ft: An extremely fast and powerful rod! These models, up to ten feet in length, are built for long casts and can easily present dry flies, multiple nymphs (buzzers), or streamers. Casting sink tips or full sinking lines is no problem for this powerhouse!
- Stillmaniac #7 10ft / 9.6ft: This is the most powerful model in the Stillmaniac lineup. In stillwater fishing, there are no limits for this rod, and even strong winds are no match.
