The Nylon A Tying Thread by UNI Products comes in strength 3/0, but is more resistant than products with a similar diameter. It is made from twisted strains of synthetic material. We use it for both streamers and saltwater flies. Furthermore you can wrap it around a dry fly body or tie filigree bodies for both nymphs and dries.
