Trout Mount Rod Transport System Standard

With the Trout Mount Rod Transport System, you no longer need to assemble your rods from scratch every time. Nothing rattles, nothing slips – and all of it conveniently inside your car, not on the roof.

This high-quality rod holder is specifically designed to be perfectly installed in your vehicle. The mounting bar is continuously adjustable and features rubber-coated holders for the rod handles. The tip holder can be flexibly attached to the windshield or – if available – even under the sunroof. You don’t need to know the exact dimensions of your car to use the Trout Mount. Even in a regular car with limited space, the system fits – a van or station wagon is not a requirement.

The infinitely adjustable mounting bar is simply attached to the rear side windows using suction cups. The holders for the rod grip or fighting butt can be freely moved and adjusted on the bar. Naturally, all holders are rubber-coated to ensure your rods are transported safely and do not rattle or get damaged during travel.

The handle section holders provide space not only for the grip but also have a recess for a rod tip section. This is especially useful when transporting longer two-handed rods or if your car doesn’t offer much space. In that case, you can simply split the rod and securely store both parts in the Trout Mount.

Especially clever: the small E-Clips. These rubberized holders feature two slots – one for the rod, the other for the tip section. For example, with an 11-foot nymphing rod, you can detach the upper section, fix the tip with the E-Clip, and store both safely in the front holder. The rod fits easily into the car without any loose parts flying around.
