For example, the heel area is equipped with an additional layer of extremely durable, thermoformed rubber that protects the back of the foot. The toes are protected by double TPU and a raised cap. The ankle areas are optimally reinforced with nubuck leather, making wading in rivers and along the coast no problem. Additionally, a foam insert inside the boot ensures excellent shock absorption.
