Avantt fly rods feature Thomas & Thomas latest StratoTherm resin Technology and curing processes providing extreme casting performance marked by lightning fast recovery, minimal vibrations and an incredibly light swing weight. These characteristics in turn result in very responsive rods with immense accuracy and feeling over all distances. Thanks to the fast tip the Avantt conveys fantastic line feeling and produces crisp casts with high line speed and tight loops which never seem to collapse, at any range. Amazingly, close-in Avantt rods have enough finesse to lay out accurate short range presentations totally effortless while maintaining high line speeds and great feeling due to the incredibly low swing weight. However, medium to long range casting is where the Avantt shows what it’s made of revealing great potential for weighted flies and windy days – it playfully masters the full casting spectrum just like you would expect from a high end fly rod!
