The Italian manufacturer Textreme is known for innovative fly tying materials with an outstanding quality and good value for money. Super Long Hair from Textreme is a great tying material for tying streamers. Compared to the conventional Long Hair from Textreme, the fibres are somewhat finer - and of course longer! In the water it moves almost like Marabou. Thanks to the tear-resistant mat on which the extra long fibres are fixed, you can wrap the material tightly around the hook shank to create extra volume. The fibres have a nice sheen and reflect a lot of light. With this material you can create a catchy pattern for sea trout, asp, perch, zander or pike in just a few turns of the hand. Of course, you can also separate the fibres from the mat with scissors and use them individually. The wide range of colours includes many natural tones and stimulus colours as well as a whole series of fluorescent colours that have become indispensable in the world of fly tying. A versatile tying material in best Textreme quality!
Tip: For optimum results, brush the fibres back after each turn and comb them out after tying.
