The Trout rods have a long history at Sportex. Since already about 35 years they have been built by Sportex, constantly refined and always adapted to the requirements of modern trout anglers. The latest Sportex Xclusive Trout replaces the predecessor of the same name, which was in the Sportex program for 10 years. A super popular rod that has now been completely redesigned to make it even better.
In the development of the rod, the focus was particularly on building an extremely light and sensitive rod. With a special, highly-modulated carbon fiber, it has been possible to build a very slim and, above all, feather-light blank that offers incredible fighting fun and, thanks to the soft tip, at the same time allows perfect sensitivity in lure control and bite detection. The rods are perfect for trout and grayling fishing with floats in the river, but also with Spirolino on the lake or with the Hegene from the shore. Hence, super all-round tool for targeted fishing for salmonids.
The rods are equipped with very light special guides, which thanks to a special alloy can do without a SiC insert and thus save weight, yet are very abrasion resistant and offer a very smooth surface. The high-quality FUJI DPS reel seat is perfectly integrated into the ergonomic cork handle and keeps your fixed spool reel firmly in place. The Exclusive Trout is available in 3.60 m and 3.90 m with 10 - 30 g casting weights.
