The high-modulus carbon fiber blank features weight-saving SiC-insert guides, as well as a high-quality FUJI reel seat directly above the short, two-piece cork handle. This has kept the weight of the rod noticeably low at only 71g of the lightest model. Together with a small stationary reel, this results in the perfect balance, so that optimal control and fatigue-free fishing are guaranteed.
