Westin W10 Spin Spinning Rod

The Westin W10 rods are one of the best fishing rods on the whole market. Westin always builds rods on the highest level with latest technologies and years of experience, but these rods are next level. The W10 rod series is the flagship of Westin and show it in many ways. These rods come with an extended 10-year blank warranty and have an own number on every built rod. These rods are not only technically advanced, but also feature an extremely attractive design. And of course, it is not only eye-catching.

The W10 Spin is the one and only seatrout fishing rod on the whole market. Due to its X5 Torayca carbon layer technology and its outstanding 55Ton carbon blank this rod series is built on the highest technical standards and offers everything that a seatrout fisherman could imagine. The high-quality Japanese components like reelseats and rings from Fuji provides the highest quality as well. These rods are ultra-fast, super lightweight, transfer every single movement of the lure and cast all baits amazingly far out. All rods come with a Pentagon Cordura rodcase and a velvet rod bag.

There are 3 rods in this series:

  • 275 cm // 5-24 g: This is the lightest version of this insane seatrout rod series.  It casts every light seatrout lure far out and is strong enough to fight the biggest salmonids in the water. The tip is soft but notices every single nibble and decreases the rate of losing a fish radically. Of course, this rod can be used for trout fishing in freshwater as well.
  • 300 cm // 7-28 g: This model is a medium heavy seatrout rod. It might be the biggest allrounder in the rod range. It casts every usual seatrout lure like spoon, inline spoon, hardbaits or bubbles with a high sensitivity. It is a bit faster than the shorter version but also decreases the rate of losing a fish once it is hooked.
  • 305 cm // 10-34 g: This one was built for heavy seatrout fishing. It can resist bigger lures, heavy winds, and big waves so easily and can also fight the biggest fish. With a casting weight of 10-34 g this rod is made for big trout lures and knows how to cast it far out. Due to its hard backbone, it can withstand salmons as well. But also, freshwater fisherman will love this rod in crystal clear lakes casting for big lakerun browntrouts.

To say it short: These rods offer everything that the heart of a seatrout fisherman desires. Every rod is unique due to its own number and is a masterpiece of rod building. Every fisherman fishing a lot for seatrout needs to cast with these beauties. For sure you will love the timeless design and the technically highest quality available.
