The anti-reverse system has been removed to further protect the reel's gear from the elements and make it more resistant to the aggressive salt. A variety of reinforced aluminum components, including an oversized CNC aluminum brake screw with rubber seal, further protect the reel while keeping the weight light. Topping it all off is a reinforced axle and screw crank, so you won't have to worry about material or line capacity during exciting fights.
