Westin Platypus Crankbait 56 g Low Floating 16 cm
The Platypus from Westin in the large version, is a hardbait built for trolling or casting for pike. The 16 cm version weighs 59 g, which means it can only be fished with strong rods. It is slow floating, so you can leave it perfectly in the water with a spin stop and it will slowly rise. Usually, the most aggressive bites come from this. It catches pike and zander and is versatile. Underwater it emits sounds because it has a rattle built into its back. In addition, the Platypus has two eyelets on the diving lip, which can be used for different running depths. The front eyelet makes it run shallower and the rear eyelet, which is closer to the head of this crank, makes it run deeper. It reaches a running depth of 1-3 m depending on the setting.
