The Carbon Wading Boot combines the lightweight feel of a hiking boot with the surefootedness and support of a classic wading boot.
Developed for demanding anglers, the boot impresses with an innovative sole profile created in collaboration with Vibram®. The specially designed three-stage "Stair-Step" tread made of IDROGRIP™ rubber ensures reliable grip on a wide variety of surfaces, even when wet.
The rockered, dual-density EVA midsole provides a balanced combination of cushioning and ground feel. This reduces fatigue on longer hikes and enhances stability when wading in uneven terrain. An integrated Figure-8 ESS plate adds protection and increases torsional stability in riverbeds.
A standout feature of the Carbon Wading Boot is the “Burrito-Wrap” tongue. This special construction wraps evenly around the foot for a better fit and reduced heel slippage. The molded toe cap protects against rocks and other obstacles, while taped seams, double-layer construction, and TPU-reinforced upper materials give the boot the necessary durability to withstand the rigors of intensive wading.
The Carbon Wading Boot is part of a collection designed as a complete apparel system for fly fishers.
