Scierra Traxion 3 LW is the flagship reel from Scierra offering great stability, a strong reliable disc drag system and a modern design at a great price. Large milling grooves in the frame and spool of the Traxion 3 LW result in a low weight. Since the reel is fully machined from a full block of 6061 aluminum it shows high rigidity and robustness even though light in weight. Equipped with a finely adjustable drag system that relies on 7 discs the Traxion 3 LW offers smooth and strong drag that both protects fine tippets and stops long runs of hard fighting fish. Due to its Large Arbor design the reel offers quick line retrieval and low line memory and the large recess holes in the spool make sure the line dries quickly after fishing. As a special feature all Traxion 3 LW reels feature a line guard that prevents the line from tangling around the knob.
