At 10ft, the Rio Medium VersiLeader leaders are ideal for fishing for trout or smaller salmon with a single-handed rod or when using switch and light two-handed rods.
The small welded loops on the leaders make it easy and, above all, quick to change on the water so that the fly can always be offered at the right depth. In calm areas, a floating or slightly sinking intermediate tip is often sufficient, while medium or fast sinking tips should be used in fast, deep water. For easy identification of the different leaders, the Loop is both colour-coded and labelled with a Rio line ID. A quick glance in the bag is all it takes to grab the right leader.
