The 18 ft long tips are designed to allow precise line and fly control while providing a stable, clean presentation. The tapered design creates an excellent turn-over, even with longer leaders or demanding presentations.
The MDC Spey Tips are specially designed for Rio's Spey and Skagit shooting heads, but can also be easily combined with many other shooting head systems. The high-quality coating ensures a smooth surface, low friction in the rings and a long service life, even with intensive use under demanding conditions.
The MDC tips from Rio with a length of 12ft. can in principle be combined with any shooting head.
