The Patagonia Downdrift Jacket combines retro charm with modern functionality and sustainable materials.
Its outer shell is made from 100% NetPlus® recycled nylon sourced from old fishing nets to help reduce ocean pollution. A durable water-repellent (DWR) finish provides protection against moisture—completely free of PFAS. For warmth, the jacket is insulated with 100% recycled down—a 600-fill blend of duck and goose down plus fine feathers, all sourced from reclaimed products.
The full-length front zipper is backed by a wind flap with metal snap buttons to reliably keep out the cold. A removable, insulated hood with hidden drawcords can be cinched into a protective cocoon. Two spacious front pockets with dual entry offer storage and keep hands warm, while a secure interior zip pocket safely stores valuables. Elastic inner cuffs and an adjustable drawcord hem help retain body heat and add extra comfort.
The jacket is manufactured in a Fair Trade Certified™ factory, supporting the workers who make it through additional premiums.
