The Metz Half Magnum Neck Grade #2 Silver is a high-quality hackle specially developed for demanding fly tyers and offers an excellent balance of quality, versatility and value for money. As a Half Magnum variant, it impresses with a particularly high feather density in the neck area and delivers stiff, elastic hackle fibres that are ideal for tying clean flies. Compared to standard necks, the Half Magnum Neck offers a higher number of usable feathers with a wide range of sizes. Magnum necks are preferred for tying streamers and wet flies as they provide longer and stronger feathers.
