The Loop Opti Speedrunner is the fastest reel in the entire Opti series – designed with the clear goal of maximizing spool diameter to achieve the absolute highest retrieval speeds. Anglers chasing pike, permit, baby tarpon, or salmon with light double-handed rods will find the Speedrunner the perfect companion.
With its large outer diameter of 131 mm and an inner diameter of 86 mm, it allows extremely fast line retrieval and provides maximum control in any situation. The spool width of 25 mm combines generous capacity (WF8 + 190 m / 30 lbs) with compact, well-balanced handling. Despite its power, the Speedrunner weighs only 258 g, making it surprisingly light in hand.
Like all Opti models, the Speedrunner is equipped with the fully sealed Power Matrix Drag System: a butter-smooth, start-up free carbon drag system with massive power reserves, 100% waterproof and saltwater resistant.
