The SX series from Loomis & Franklin includes models that cover a very wide range of modern fisheries. From the small creek rod to the powerful Switch rod. This includes the SX River Stream, which is a true allrounder and a perfect solution for many different waters. These versatile one-handed rods offer a huge amount of precision when serving dry flies and lots of power to easily cast weighted nymphs and streamers. The medium-fast action of the blank allows you to form very smooth loops and deliver your fly to the target with pinpoint accuracy. The modern carbon fibre gives an incredible amount of feel and a tremendous amount of fun when a trout or grayling takes the fly, and it loads up effectively when you want to make an accurate roll cast under a branch.

The Loomis & Franklin SX River Stream features a half-well handle made from sturdy cork that fits comfortably in the hand and is suitable for both index and thumb casting. The lightweight alumnium reel seat holds your reel tight and the dark green spacer matches the subtle finish of this modern fly rod that will give you a lot of fun on our trout and grayling rivers without stretching your budget.
