With the all new Ultralite MTX Hardy brings an ultra light reel to the shelfs that offers amazing design and great functionality. The most special feature of the Ultralite MTX is its hybrid reel frame made of carbon fiber and aluminum which drastically reduces the weight of the reel without compromising strength. Besides the hybrid frame construction maximum milling of the spool walls and bottom result in further weight reduction and optimal ventilation of fly line and backing. Despite the feather light construction the Ultralite MTX offers a reliable, strong carbon-disc drag with a color coded drag knob enabling you to easily find your favorite setting. Moreover the drag operates within a single 340° turn to swiftly adjust the drag strength from minimum to maximum.
