Product information "Hardy HBX Sintrix AWS Single Handed Fly Rod"

With the HBX SINTRIX® 440 Hardy bangs out their new 2019 high-end fly rod series designed to compete in the fiercely contested market of today’s premium rods. Since 120 years Hardy designs and assembles their rods in Alnwick, England and the HBX is no exception in this regard. Thus, these rods feature top notch components put together with exceptional craftsmanship resulting in an excellent finish topped with convincing blank technology and casting performance!

The Hardy HBX SINTRIX® 440 AWS (All Water Series) has been specifically designed to excel in modern predator fisheries - whether you're chasing big Pike in your backyard or Bonefish, Permit, Tarpon and others in the Tropics. HBX blanks show a fast action with quick recovery to generate high line speeds and tight loops with exceptional accuracy. The blanks offers massive power in the lower part to handle big fish with ease and pump them to the surface quickly if needed. Regardless whether you are throwing big streamers or weighted crabs: the HBX is extremely hard to fault and does it all! The noble look of the black blank with orange wrappings and handwritten signatures carries robust Fuji® Titanium stripping guides and black REC® recoil running guides to cut down on weight and facilitate a fantastic balance with low swing-weight that makes long sessions appear effortless. To round off the comprehensive layout, these rods come with high quality cork full-wells-handles and a corrosion free aluminium spacer that transfers into a modern up-locking reel seat – it doesn’t get much better than this!

In case you are looking for a premium class single hand rod produced in Europe with excellent craftsmanship and fantastic performance for all kinds of waters the HBX is the one to check out - definitely!
