The Duck Float from Gulff is a universal floatant for treating natural and synthetic tying materials and dry flies of all kinds. Unlike many other products on the market, Duck Float does not contain any silicones or other water-damaging chemicals. That gets a green thumb up! The chemists at Gulff, in collaboration with dry fly experts from Scandinavia, tested for a very long time until they found the perfect formula consisting of just three ingredients.
Duck Float from Gulff is transparent and therefore does not distort the colour of your dry fly. The consistency of the floatant is very pleasant and it is easy to dose and apply. Simply rub a drop between your thumb and forefinger and carefully rub it into the wings of your dry fly. You can then look forward to the extra buoyancy of your fly and follow the longer drift with excitement until your pattern is slurped from the surface.
